Happy customer

My son in law bought my new Renault Captur about a month ago. He said it'd be similar to my little Clio but it's definitely not got as much oomph; I'm to sure what I expected with a 0.9 litre engine haha! It's nice enough but it's taking some getting used to. The staff at LVMC were good - We dealt with a man named James who was a nice enough chap and the whole sale was quick and easy and my son in law was pleased with everything with is good enough for me.

Fiat 500

After borrowing my neighbours Fiat 500, I was inspired to indulge myself. My husband discovered LVMC on Autotrader, and right from the start, they were fantastic to deal with. They honored their commitment by giving us first dibs on the car, staying true to their word even with other interested buyers in the mix. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable dealership - their service was consistently outstanding throughout the entire process. If I could award higher than 5, I would.

First time buyer

For my first time visiting this dealership, I think everything went as to be expected. I only needed a car for a little run around because I don't go on any long trips, I always stay around the local area so other than commuting to work and back, it doesn't get used much. It was nice of the team to offer me a test drive before I went ahead with it because it gave me a good feel for the car. Very happy and there wouldn't be anything I'd change about my visit.

Volkswagen Tiguan

I've probably had my car for about a month now so I thought now would be a good time to leave a review. For the short amount of time that I've had the car I reckon I've put about 2000 miles on the car since, I've had some long trips to Oxford and back which can add up to a couple of hours from where I live. The car has been perfect, I've had no issues with it at all and it's really comfortable. Full of compliments for James because he was just amazing all the way through, I can't fault him.

I left this dealership feeling very impressed with the way the team handled the sale of my Nissan Note. When I first saw the car online I thought the condition of the car was too good to be true, with it looking almost perfect. So when I headed down to the dealership I was expecting to find something that was on the advert but to mu surprise it was exactly as described. Everyone was very friendly and after being offered a test drive, I instantly fell in love with the car. I use the car daily so I've put a few miles on it since and It's been great.
